Client
Our client is a mid-sized Software House from Central Europe. The company operates in a B2B model, building tools for the defense, aviation, and oil industries.
Challenge
The goal was to expand the networking base in the US (Miami) and book meetings with decision-makers at the director and CEO level. The key challenges were:
- Reaching people at very high seniority levels (CEO, Director+)
- Overcoming barriers in outbound outreach
- Designing a sequence that would not look like mass outreach, but like an authentic attempt to build a business relationship based on a specific sales signal
Solution
We launched a LinkedIn outreach campaign with HeyReach.io, which allowed us to automate actions on the platform in a controlled and safe way.
The strategy included:
- Precise targeting: companies with 200+ employees in Miami, operating in Oil & Gas, MedTech, and Telecom
- Personalization of communication: the CEO referred in messages to specific organizational changes, such as changes in key positions, published company growth data, employee turnover
- A multi-step sequence of actions: from viewing a profile, to liking a post, to sending an invite and a personalized message
Sequence in HeyReach step by step
The sequence was designed to look like a natural LinkedIn interaction:
- Viewing the profile → 3h break
- Liking a post → 4h break
- Sending a connection request
- After acceptance → initial message
- If no response → follow-up message after 2 days
This approach built credibility and gradually engaged the recipient.
Messages Built Around the Miami Meeting
The campaign messages were short and concrete, based on personal context.
We emphasized the intention to exchange experiences and build relationships during the stay in Miami. This approach increased the chance of a reply and generated authentic conversations, which expanded the network and opened doors to strategic relations.
