What is PMF Validation outbound and how does it work?

PMF Validation outbound is a structured process of running segmented cold outreach campaigns to test whether your product has a fit with specific buyer groups. We design 3-9 campaigns based on distinct sales hypotheses, contact 300+ prospects per campaign, and measure reply rates, interest signals, and conversation quality to identify which segment responds - and which doesn't.

How long does the engagement take?

The core engagement runs over 30 days. In week one, we run workshops to define offer angles and ICP hypotheses. Campaigns go live in week two. By the end of month one, you have reply data, segment feedback, and at least one validated GTM direction.

 Do I need existing outbound data or a CRM before starting?
