Relevant marketing techniques
- We use statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). We do not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on your user end device. Regarding the information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit the information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
- As part of the Website, we use the Facebook pixel. This technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) to know that a registered person is using the Service. In this case, it is based on data for which it is itself the administrator. We do not pass on any of your additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on your end device.
- The purpose and scope of data collection and their further processing and use by service providers, as well as the possibility of contact and the User's rights in this regard are described in the privacy policy of the service providers: We may use
- When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or providers to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by linking to your email address or home address. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing materials to these email or home addresses. You can opt out of receiving these advertisements by visiting: https://app.retention.com/optout
- We may use remarketing techniques to tailor advertising messages to your behavior on the Website, which may give the illusion that your personal data is being used for tracking purposes, but in practice we do not transfer any of your personal data to advertising operators. The technological condition for such actions is the inclusion of cookies.
We can use a solution that studies user behavior by creating heat maps and recording behavior on the Website. This information is anonymized before it is sent to the service provider so that it does not know which natural person it concerns. In particular, the entered passwords and other personal data are not subject to recording.
Your Permissions
- As we process your personal data, you have the following rights:
- the right to information about the processing of personal data — on this basis, at your request, we will provide you with information about the processing of data, including, first of all, the purposes and legal bases of the processing, the scope of the data held, the entities to which they are disclosed, and the planned date of deletion of the data;

You can also request that we transfer this data to another entity — provided that we have the appropriate technical capacity to do so.
